CD - Is counted from the first day you have blood flow not spotting.
Best time to conceive is 3 days before you ovulate and the day of ovulation.
As for the pill I really don't know and I guess everyone is different.
Belinda if you really want to learn all about it. You can do a charting course here http://www.fertilityfriend.com it's done over 20 lessons it's free. You can also chart your cycle there it can tell you what to look for. With this pregnancy I took my temp every morning and watch my cervical mucus.

actually I saw a story on morning tv the other day about the pill and the dr said after going off the pill you can concieve straight away even during AF because it's possible to ovulate but I doubt it's very comon :duno: however I have heard it can take your body 6 months or more to get back into a natural rythem, I guess it's like everything to do with TTC there's no rules and no answers :lol:
